This "alternate" version is actually the original version.........well, sort of, anyway. Basically, I hate to admit how long I messed with this (things used to be a lot easier, for some reason!). The background is actually the entire original concept, and it featured two small winged figures off in the distance. I decided there needed to be more going on, so I ditched the distant figures (who looked lame, anyway) and created the more detailed "devil girl" to put in the foreground. Years later....I decided that didn't grab me either for some reason, so naturally I kept the devil girl and ditched the (original) background in favor of a new concept. Then I wasn't sure I liked that after all, and brought back the original background. Then the lighting and tone bothered me. After taking another break from the whole affair...I tweaked the new background and went with that. I still don't know........nice sky, though!
